UPSC का पूरा नाम है — Union Public Service Commission (संघ लोक सेवा आयोग)।
यह भारत सरकार की एक Constitutional Body है जो देश में विभिन्न Civil Services की परीक्षाएँ आयोजित करती है।

⭐ 4. UPSC Eligibility Criteria (योग्यता)
1. शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Education)
कम से कम ग्रेजुएशन (Bachelor Degree) अनिवार्य है।
किसी भी Stream से ग्रेजुएशन मान्य।
2. आयु सीमा (Age Limit)
- General: 21–32 वर्ष
- OBC: 21–35 वर्ष
- SC/ST: 21–37 वर्ष
3. Attempts (कोशिशें)
- General: 6 attempts
- OBC: 9 attempts
- SC/ST: No limit (age तक)
⭐ 5. UPSC PRELIMS EXAM Pattern
UPSC Prelims में दो पेपर होते हैं:
A) Paper 1: General Studies (200 Marks)
सिलेबस:

- Current Affairs
B) Paper 2 (CSAT) – Qualifying Paper (200 Marks)
इसमें 33% लाना अनिवार्य है।
- Comprehension

Negative Marking:
हर गलत उत्तर पर 1/3 मार्क्स कटते हैं।

UPSC Mains पूरी तरह Descriptive होती है।
